An Italian style lunchroom in the heart of Rotterdam. I met a friend in Rotterdam who brought me to this little cozy place. Indeed it has a special feel when I entered this lunchroom. Lively, welcoming smile from the waitress, good ambience and it did not have this over the top wannabe place. We were lucky as the place was not crowded when we arrived… at least not yet. Crowd wise; young, yuppie and office workers coming for lunch. A good address for a cozy Italian style lunch! They open another branch in The Hague.
I had their signature dish- Bistecca : Finely sliced roasted beef ribs with parmesan cheese and truffel mayonnaise. It was delicious! I could not finish my food. The portion was big!
Pros: Friendly service. Good ambience. Big portion food.
